RECORDING SPACES
The studio offers a variety of flexible recording spaces, such as the fully acoustically-controlled live room, isolated vocal/amp booth, large wooden-floored live room & full theatre stage, to accommodate everything from solo vocalists & instrumentalists, trio's & groups, etc, to full-size choirs & orchestras.
STUDIO LIVE ROOM
The fully acoustically treated & controlled live room is the main studio recording space, able to accommodate solo performers, small groups of musicians & choirs of up to around 10-15 members.
ISOLATED VOCAL/AMP BOOTH
The isolated vocal/amp booth can be used for full separation during live tracking, etc.
STUDIO CONTROL ROOM
The studio control room can also be used for recording, when full isolation from other musicians & band members, during live tracking, is required.
LARGE WOODEN-FLOORED LIVE ROOM
For larger groups, a more substantial wooden-floored room is available for recording. This boasts a lovely natural reverb, with the room acoustic & separation further controlled with moveable acoustic baffles & screens.
THEATRE STAGE
For very large groups, such as choirs, orchestras, pipe & brass bands, etc, the theatre stage is an ideal recording space. In addition to providing lots of room, the theatre stage acoustic can also be controlled & contained with the use of hanging drapes & a heavy stage curtain.
MOBILE LOCATION RECORDING
If none of the above spaces are suitable or if travel to the studio is an issue, mobile location recording is also possible.
